For one night only this winter, Society plays host to a flavour-led meeting of minds and culinary sensibilities, in a collaborative celebration of time, provenance and modern Australian flavour.

On Thursday 31 July, acclaimed Australian Wagyu producer Westholme and Starward Whisky founder Dave Vitale join us in Lillian Brasserie for this exclusive dining experience, brought to life by the powerhouse chef duo of Society’s Joachim Lim and Grill Americano’s Vincenzo Ursini.

Tapping into a shared respect for terroir and nature’s bounty, the menu presents a seasonal five-course showcase of Westholme Wagyu, with dishes carefully paired to a curation of specialty whisky cocktails and neat pours highlighting Starward’s award-winning, Melbourne-made range. Premium produce is brought to the fore, elevated to its very best through the fine technique and attention to detail for which Lim and Ursini are renowned.
