For the next edition of our Cellar Series wine dinner program, we throw the spotlight to Mornington Peninsula-based producer Yabby Lake, a label renowned for its masterful expression of time and place.
Established by the Kirby family back in 1998, the ever-evolving winery now spans vineyards both in Tuerong and Tasmania’s Coal River Valley, each meticulously-kept property offering distinct characteristics to the wines they output.
Winemaker Luke Lomax hosts this special evening in Lillian Brasserie on Tuesday 17 June, showcasing a range of Yabby Lake’s lauded single vineyard wines across multiple vintages, alongside a bespoke menu from the Society kitchen.
Tickets to this one-off dinner event are just $125pp, with places certain to fill quickly.
