Our acclaimed Cellar Series embraces an evening of effervescence as we welcome one of the world’s best-known Champagne houses for a very special wine dinner on Thursday 2 October.

Held in Lillian Brasserie, this event will be hosted by Cyril Delarue, sixth-generation member of the Bollinger family and the brand’s Global Director of Sales. The prestigious Champagne house has been crafting exceptional wine since 1829, globally renowned for its visionary approach and commitment to traditional winemaking.

Guests will experience five Bollinger expressions throughout the evening, from the Coteaux Champenois La Côte aux Enfants 2013 to the newly released PN TX20. Paired alongside will be a carefully curated menu by Society Executive Chef Joachim Lim.
