Join us on Tuesday 19 August as Lillian Brasserie embraces truffle season with an evening of decadent seasonal flavours.
We welcome diners at their leisure to enjoy the night’s special $125pp four-course menu, highlighting new season Australian truffles across dishes like Wagyu Beef with Truffled Madeira Jus, and a Truffle Macaron.
Master Sommelier Yuki Hirose and Society Head Sommelier Blanche Geoffroy will be on hand, pouring their own curation of paired wines, available from an additional $60pp.
Reservations available from 5pm, with final sittings at 9pm.
