Walk-ins are accommodated on an as available basis only.

We do not have a waitlist for bookings.

It is important to let us know if you are running late, as your table may be booked for another reservation after your seating. Please call us to advise of the delay as all reserved tables are only held for 15 minutes.

Cancellations and changes to bookings, including shifting of dates, require at least 48 hours’ notice or may result in a $150 per person charge to the credit card provided in securing the booking.

Our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish, gluten, and eggs. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate individual guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free.

We cannot make any alterations to the menu if we have not received notice in advance.

All guests with an allergy that choose to dine in house are reminded to bring their epi-pen as an additional precaution.

Please note we cannot cater to Halal or Kosher diets.

We are unable to guarantee specific tables, however we can make a special request and the team will do their best to accommodate on the day.

We do not allow BYO food or beverage items into the venue, if you would like us to organise anything on your behalf for a special occasion our Guest Services Team

Our private dining rooms are located above the main dining room and available for bookings subject to availability. These experiences are bespoke and only bookable via our dedicated Events Team who are available to discuss all dining options with you based on your specific event requirements. All private dining bookings and events are subject to their own set of terms and conditions.

We welcome diners from the age of 16 years old and above, and do not offer a children’s menu. We are unable to accommodate prams. Highchairs are not available.

Yes, please advise the Guest Services Team prior to the reservation to ensure we seat you on a Guide Dog friendly table.

The venue is accessible, with elevator access on all floors. Please let our Guest Services team know of any requirements when booking so we can ensure your comfort.

The largest table at Society Main Dining Room seats 6 comfortably and can cater up to 7 guests upon request. The largest table at Lillian seats 7 comfortably and can cater the up to 8 guests upon request. For larger parties please reach out to our Events Team.

Society Dining celebrates the reimagining the art of à la carte, original cuisine with deep connections to Japan.

Lillian is a breezier affair with a more euro-centric approach to this modern Australian menu.

We only offer à la carte dining, with no set menu, tasting menu or degustation please view our social media to preview hero dishes from the kitchen.

We encourage you to have a drink prior to your reservation at the Lounge bar, or join us for a late night drink, however we do not take bookings at the bar. If the Lounge is full we recommend our neighbours Nick & Nora’s, Next Hotel (La Madonna), Farmers Daughters rooftop bar, or Bijou Bottle Shop.

We serve Society Lounge snacks exclusive to the Lounge.
