Tequila Cascahuín Dinner

Tequila Cascahuín Dinner
Join us on Thursday 13th August for an evening exploring Cascahuín Tequila, one of Mexico’s most iconic producers. Third generation Master Distiller Chava Rosales and his brother Benjamin will guide guests through a selection of the distillery’s finest expressions including multiple limited releases. This exclusive dinner pairs exceptional tequila with a bespoke menu designed to showcase the spirit’s remarkable depth and character.
Founded in 1904 in the heart of El Arenal, Jalisco, Cascahuín is dedicated to preserving traditional tequila-making methods. Family owned and crafted, every bottle reflects a commitment to authenticity, patience and uncompromising quality.
Produced in small batches using time-honoured techniques, Cascahuín tequilas are celebrated for their purity, complexity and expressive agave character. From vibrant, mineral-driven blancos to beautifully layered reposados and anejos, each pour offers a true reflection of its origin.
Your experience begins with a welcome cocktail before progressing through a guided tasting of Cascahuín’s celebrated range. Each expression is thoughtfully paired with a bespoke dish, designed to elevate every sip and reveal tequila through a refined new perspective.
Tickets are $195, book early to avoid missing out.
