Third generation Master Distiller Chava Rosales and his brother Benjamin will guide guests through a selection of the distillery’s finest expressions including multiple limited releases. This exclusive dinner pairs exceptional tequila with a bespoke menu designed to showcase the spirit’s remarkable depth and character.

Founded in 1904 in the heart of El Arenal, Jalisco, Cascahuín is dedicated to preserving traditional tequila-making methods. Family owned and crafted, every bottle reflects a commitment to authenticity, patience and uncompromising quality.

Produced in small batches using time-honoured techniques, Cascahuín tequilas are celebrated for their purity, complexity and expressive agave character. From vibrant, mineral-driven blancos to beautifully layered reposados and anejos, each pour offers a true reflection of its origin.
