Sullivans Cove Whisky Dinner

On Thursday 17 September, Society welcomes Sullivans Cove to the West Room for an intimate evening dedicated to one of Australia’s most acclaimed whisky producers. Discover a curated selection of exceptional Tasmanian pours, thoughtfully paired with a bespoke menu from Executive Chef Joachim Lim.

What started as a belief that whisky of a global calibre could be made in Tasmania, turned into a product that redefined Tasmanian whisky on the world stage. Founded on the Hobart waterfront 1994, Sullivans Cove began with the belief that whisky of global calibre could be made in Tasmania. In 2014, Sullivans Cove became the first distillery outside of Scotland and Japan to be named World’s Best Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards.

A highlight of the evening will be The Navigator, a limited edition 16-year-old whisky from Sullivans Cove’s coveted Old & Rare collection. With just 1,372 bottles produced, The Navigator brings together American oak ex Bourbon and refill casks, showcasing an exceptional expression of the Sullivans Cove house style.

Throughout the evening, explore The Navigator alongside a guided selection of Sullivans Cove pours, each matched to a dish designed to complement the character and complexity of the whisky.

Tickets are $245 per person with limited place available. Book now to avoid missing out.
