Every Old Kempton Whisky is patiently crafted to preserve the rich malt character of Tasmanian barley before maturing onsite in a carefully selected collection of local and international casks. The result is a range of elegant, characterful whiskies with remarkable depth and complexity.

Your experience begins with a delicious ‘Old Stables’ cocktail crafted by our talented bar tenders before progressing through a guided tasting of neat Old Kempton pours. Each whisky is thoughtfully paired with a bespoke dish, designed to elevate every sip.

You will also be the first people to try the limited Old Kempton x Lucas Collective Single Cask whisky which will be served neat as well as in a tasty cocktail to match dessert.
