Our next Cellar Series wine dinner is one that carries particular meaning, a heartfelt tribute to Peter Fraser, the winemaker and driving force behind Yangarra Estate Vineyard for more than 25 years.

Join us at Society’s Lillian as we honour Peter’s extraordinary legacy through ten expressions spanning Yangarra’s celebrated range, from the delicate 2025 Piquepoul through to back-to-back vintages of the iconic High Sands Grenache. Each will be paired to a five-course menu, moving from Sydney rock oysters with yuzu through to a passionfruit pavlova with Estate Late Harvest Viognier.

Peter’s winemaking philosophy was built on three pillars: relentless attention to detail, gentle practices, and an unwavering commitment to the land. Under his stewardship, Yangarra became the only winery to receive the Halliday Wine Companion Wine of the Year award twice for the same variety.
