On 22 July, join us at Society for an exclusive dinner hosted by our Wine GM, Loic Avril. Guests will have the rare opportunity to experience an exceptional collection of Dauvissat wines, spanning from Chablis Village to the crown jewels, Grand Cru Les Clos and Les Preuses, with vintages ranging from 2007 to 2022.

Often referred to as the “magician” of Chablis, Vincent Dauvissat is widely regarded as the region’s finest producer, consistently crafting wines of astonishing elegance and concentration -an extraordinary duality achieved vintage after vintage. The domaine itself has a long and prestigious history, founded in the 1920s by Vincent’s grandfather, Robert Dauvissat, who became the first producer to bottle Chablis at the estate in 1931.

An unmissable deep dive into one of Burgundy’s most legendary producers and its remarkable terroirs, complemented by a bespoke menu crafted by Executive Chef Joachim Lim.
