CELLAR SERIES: FOWLES WINE
Our Cellar Series continues with a special edition featuring Fowles Wines, hosted in Lillian Brasserie on Wednesday 29 April.
Showcasing the Stone Dwellers range, the evening will explore a line-up of expressive, site-driven wines, beginning with Arneis and Vermentino 2025, before moving through Shiraz 2023, Cabernet 2021 and more. Each pour speaks to Fowles’ considered approach to varietal expression and regional character.
Guests will be guided through the wines across the evening, thoughtfully paired to a bespoke menu from Society’s Joachim Lim, designed to complement the structure and nuance of each glass.
Following the recent bushfires that have impacted the winery and its surrounds, this evening brings a focus to exceptional wine and food, with a selection of bottles available to purchase on the night directly from our friends at Fowles Wines.
