CELLAR SERIES: DOM PÉRIGNON
Cellar Series once again takes a jaunt to one of France’s most iconic wine regions, this time for a special showcase of globally celebrated Champagne house Dom Pérignon.
On Wednesday 12 November, Dom Pérignon Senior Winemaker Jean-Baptiste Terlay hosts this exclusive wine dinner, guiding guests through five of the house’s acclaimed expressions — including its lauded 2012 vintage and the 2009 Brut Rosé.
The Dom Pérignon legacy began all the way back in 1668, born of a dream to “make the best wine in the world”. Fast-forward to today and the brand has become synonymous with winemaking excellence, known as one of the finest and most prestigious Champagne houses.
The evening’s wines will be carefully paired to a bespoke five-course menu from Society Executive Chef Joachim Lim. Extremely limited tickets to this one-off event are available for $495pp.
This event is now sold out.
